Game Description and Comments
Horse Isle is a free multiplayer game made with Flash that is based on horses. The game is completely non-violent so it is intended for gamers of all ages. Horse Isle allows players to acquire, name, train, take care of, and even race horses. Racing requires skill from both players and their horses for such events as straight racing, jumping, and dressage. However, the game is not just raising and racing horses because Horse Isle also has story-based quests, mini-games, and treasure hunting to keep players involved in the game world. Instead of being able to buy homes like many MMOs, Horse Isle involves players even further into the game world by allowing players to buy and build ranches for their horses. All that said, Horse Isle will not appeal to all gamers because of the lack of combat and the focus on horses, but it is still a solid simulation/game for those players that give it a chance.
